The new supporting measures are in communication: implementation of a unified resource for stakeholders and the attraction of business start-up providers and compensation for the purchase of necessary equipment.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">The participants in the Strategic Session were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"centerlab-ul\"><li><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Grigory
