Tomorrow the Winner of the Competition for the development of renovation concept for the city of Norilsk up to 2035 will be announced
On March 22 at 15:00-16:20 (Moscow time) and 19:00-20:20 (Krasnoyarsk time) at the site of the Norilsk Development Agency (ARN) there will be a Press conference dedicated to the announcement of the Winner of the Open International Competition for the development of an architectural and planning renovation concept for the city of Norilsk up to 2035.
